Bhayani Innovations provides custom software development, business automation solutions, and IT consulting services. All projects are subject to mutually agreed-upon scope and deliverables.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the software and solutions we develop for you will trigger upon full payment. We retain rights to our pre-existing code, libraries, and tools.
Bhayani Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
